Data is not sold. Data may be shared only with required service providers (for hosting, analytics, or payment processing) under operational necessity and confidentiality controls.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only for project delivery, legal, billing, and support obligations. Data no longer required is removed based on operational and compliance needs.

6. Incident Response

On confirmed security incidents affecting client data, Zefinx initiates containment, assessment, and communication actions according to legal and contractual obligations.
