Service Agreement

Effective Date: 06/03/2026

This Service Agreement defines project delivery terms between Zefinx and the client for web, software, mobile, trading automation, and digital marketing services.

1. Scope of Work

Project scope is defined in writing through approved requirements, proposal documents, or milestone plan. Work outside approved scope is treated as change request work.

Post-launch support is provided as per selected plan duration and documented support scope. Extended maintenance is available under separate agreement.

7. IP and Ownership

Upon full payment clearance, final approved deliverables are transferred to the client as per the agreed service scope, excluding third-party licensed assets.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zefinx is not liable for indirect business losses, third-party service outages, or losses caused by unauthorized changes made outside agreed support channels.
